These are the pricing features explained in general:

Wholesale: the price item was purchased or manufactured for.
Retail: primary amount item is sold for.
Price 1,2,3: Levels pricing for special rated customers.
Unit Type: Size or unit type of item.
Tax Look up: Item tax amount.
