In this example we show how using CCS purchasing you can assign Vendor based costs to any item. The following is a screen shot instructional. Please follow along with your software.

To show the cost we have expanded the window. You see that after selecting Apple Shisha the item's cost is $3.75. Next we show Vendor Based Prices.

When using a vendor, vendor based pricing will be applied. In this case you see Sysco has been added as a vendor. The cost is now $3.50 instead of the $3.75 it was previously.

In this image you see our product management screen with the Apply Shisha product. The standard cost is $3.75.

To edit the vendor price, we go to the Vendor Pricing from the toolbar.

To add new vendor pricing we go to the toolbar, press add, then select the vendor from the drop down and enter the vendors per item price.
