====== Patient info for MMJ ====== The Contact Page stores information for all types of contacts, from vendors to patients to marketing companies. This section details some of the patient documentation and information that can be stored in the Contact Page of CCS. ===== Patient Demographics ===== This window shows the patient's contact information, images if scanned, follow up dates of patient record follow up, and related contact information, such as other contacts that they may be associated with. {{:office:customer_relations_management:demographics1.jpg|}} The secondary picture shows a different detailed view of the patient.
