Holding Items
In your Coffee Shop, holding items is one of your POS features you should definitely be aware of. This allows you and your staff to schedule orders for timely preparation. Using the House Accounts Feature you can even schedule day's, weeks or months in advance.
To hold items for delyed print to the prep areas, use the "Hold Item" from the menu screen. Then select the items to delay, and add time to their delayed printing.
