Finding Customers can be easily done through the menu screen of the Point of Sale Terminal. Any customer can be found through their phone number, or the customer name, company name, or account number. You can use the on screen keypad to enter in phone numbers, or a standard keyboard to enter in names or account numbers or phone numbers.

Once a customer is assigned to an order, the customer can not be changed or removed. This is a security feature.  Customers can also be assigned at the end of the order, and their discounts and loyalty points will be assigned.

Customers in CCS are saved with lots of helpful additional information. Some of the most important data is: Loyalty Points, Purchase History, and Demographics. We also have a statistics tool that measures lots of information, this is where our point of sale really starts to shine.
