All Licenses include 90 Days Support and Service for our Software:
With each purchase you receive 90 days phone, email and remote log in support. You may receive additional support according to the service plan associated with the purchase. You can check out our service plans on this pdf. We try to ensure our customers are up and running their POS Software shortly after they install. If you have any questions about our policy, please contact us.
Please note, our service plans are subject to change and we can customize a plan to fit your site(s) requirements and budget.They do not include support for hardware outside of our HCL unless specified in the sales contract. For more on hardware compatibility, check out our list in the FAQS.
